Rook was West Florida's top finisher in last weekend's Argonaut Invitational. The rookie notched a fifth-place after clocking a time of 20:37.5 in the 5K course and helping UWF register a second-place finish int the team race. This is Rook's second Freshman of the Week honor this season.
