Cowan had a six-goal week as she led West Florida to conference wins over Auburn Montgomery and Montevallo. The senior forward bagged her first hattrick on Friday against AUM and tacked on an assist for good measure in 40 minutes of play in a 5-0 decision. She then put together an encore performance, recording three-goals and an assist on Sunday versus the Falcons in 60 minutes of action. Cowan finished the two-match week 14 points and had 8-of-10 shots on goal. She is currently the conference co-leader in points (28) and third-overall in goals (12).
