Deewajee went undefeated this week with a 2-0 record in both singles and doubles. In West Alabama’s match against Lee, the freshman defeated Mirjana Ragastovac 4-6, 6-0, 10-4 before pairing with Almudena Sanz for a 6-2 victory over Ashleigh Simes and Sierra Donaldson. The pair also picked up a 6-3 win against Christian Brothers’ Eva Garcia and Beatriz Costa. Deewajee capped off her week with a 6-0, 7-5 victory against Garcia in the No. 4 singles slot.
