Rieme had an impressive week after finishing with a 4-0 singles record and a two wins in the No. 1 doubles slot. The sophomore defeated Javier Flores 6-1, 6-1 and paired with Joao Guariente to take the doubles match 6-0 in AUM’s match with Christian Brothers. Rieme then earned three straight singles wins against ranked opponents. He defeated No. 43 Harding’s Dani Ortiz in three sets before taking down No. 43 Texas Tyler’s Gonzalo Fernandez 6-7, 6-2, 6-2. His final singles match was a 6-1, 6-2 victory over No. 33 Cameron’s Tomas Almeida.
