North Alabama return specialist Janoris Jenkins (SR, 5-10, 183, Pahokee, FL).
Jenkins earns his first-ever accolade, after rolling up 116 yards on two returns in UNA’s 48-21 home victory over Glenville State. The senior stretched the Lions’ lead to 34-7 at 9:30 in the third quarter via an 87-yard punt return for a touchdown. The Pahokee, FL native also returned one kickoff for 29 yards. Jenkins’ TD return marked the first for UNA since the 2009 season opener.
