Notes: Sims Jr. was tied for lead in tackles for the Choctaws with seven tackles, including five solo stops, in the 37-24 win over Shorter. Sims Jr. also posted a tackle for loss and a pass breakup in the victory. He's the second MC defensive back (Jaylan Hassell) to win this award this season.
