He opened hisĀ final round with two bogeys and fell five spots into seventh place. He rallied with a string of three consecutive birdies to close out the front nine moved him into first place. From there, he made seven pars and got birdies at Nos. 14 and 18 to finish with a five-stroke victory. It was his first collegiate victory.
