Montevallo attacker Alyssa Kaminski (Fr.; New Okemos, Mich.) was named the Gulf South Conference Lacrosse Freshman of the Week on Tuesday.
 
Kaminski found the back of the net twice, taking five shots, all on goal, against Lee last week. She now has 29-total points, with 24 goals and five assists, in her rookie campaign.
 
For Kaminski, the award accounts for the second time this season she has earned GSC Freshman of the Week laurels (2/21).
