Morgan LeBlanc (Fr.; New Freedom, Penn.) was named the Gulf South Conference Lacrosse Freshman of the Week on Tuesday.
LeBlanc found the back of the net eight times and dished out three assists in two contests last week. She took nine shots over both games, all on goal, and scored two free-positioning goals as well. The rookie now leads the league in total goals, with 33, and in goals-per-game (3.3). She currently ranks second in the GSC with 45-total points.
LeBlanc has turned in a league-high two GSC Freshman of the Week honors, having now won in consecutive weeks.
