In the game versus Lane, Boyd scored 29 points with three assists and was 7-of-11 from three-point range. In Union's win over Brewton-Parker, he scored 19 points with three more three-pointers. For the week, Boyd averaged 24.0 points per game. He tallied five assists, two steals, and two rebounds. Boyd shot 58.6% from the field and 55.5% from long range. He has scored double figures in four straight games for Union and has hit at least three three-pointers in four of his first five collegiate games. He averages 4.0 three-pointers a game, which is the most in the GSC.
