Wallen made a big impact in her debut weekend, as she currently leads the Gulf South Conference in scoring after putting up 23 and 29 points in her team’s first two games. The freshman did a lot of her damage at the free throw line, earning a trip to the charity stripe 26 times in the two games and making 22 of them (84.6%). In addition to her impressive point total, over the two games, both wins for the Lions, Wallen averaged 7.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.5 steals per game. In each contest, Wallen finished as the game’s leading scorer.
