University of West Georgia’s Andrea Foster is the GSC Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Field Performer of the Week. This is Foster’s first week to win the award.
Foster, a native of Snellville, Georgia, placed first in the triple jump at the Cougar Classic with a distance of 11.84 meters. Foster’s mark pushed her past the NCAA provisional standard of 11.75 and set a new Wolves record. The sophomore’s jump is currently the 17th best in the nation.
