Lee University’s Josiah Brooks is the Gulf South Conference Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Track Performer of the Week.
Brooks was a member of Lee’s 4x400 meter and 4x100 meter relay teams that finished first and second, respectively, at the Emory Invitational. The freshman from Athens, Georgia, placed fourth in the 400 meter with a time of 48.21, ranking 16th in Division II in the event. Brooks’ efforts helped the Flames capture the second place spot at the Emory Invitational.
