Christian Brothers infielder
Christian Halterman (Fr.; Dyersburg, Tenn.) was named the Gulf South Conference Baseball Freshman of the Week on Tuesday.
Halterman went 5-for-14 (.357) last week. He shined in a non-conference battle with Illinois Wesleyan, going 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI. In all, he hit two doubles, brought in four RBI and scored two runs over four games.
