Haleigh Comp (Fr.; Noblesville, Ind.) was named the Gulf South Conference Women’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday for the second straight week.
Comp collected five saves while allowing a season-best five goals in a 19-5 win Sunday at the University of District of Columbia. UDC only scored once in the second half. Comp is third in the conference with saves per game (6.7) and goals allowed per game (9.2).
