Shorter midfielder Crystal Marshall (Jr.; Anoka, Minn.) was named the Gulf South Conference Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday for the second time this season.
 
Marshall scored seven goals and assisted three in Shorter's 19-13 win at Moravian College on March 8. She also had seven draw controls in the win. The next day, she scored one goal and had three draw controls in a 20-3 loss to No. 12 Florida Southern. Marshall is averaging 3.63 goals and 4.50 points per game through eight games to lead the Lady Hawks. Her 5.35 draw controls a game leads the conference.
