Nicole Federovitch (Fr.; Barnegat, N.J.) was named the Gulf South Conference Women's Lacrosse Freshman of the Week on Tuesday for the second consecutive week and fourth time this season. She also earned the honor Feb. 16, Feb. 23 and March 8.
Federovitch led the Chargers' offense in a 21-7 win over Tennessee Wesleyan with six goals and an assist. She scored three in the first half and added three unassisted goals and assisted another in the second half. She added four ground balls in the win. All 10 of Federovitch's shots were on target. The freshman leads the GSC in total goals (38) and goals per game (4.22). Her 5.22 points per game also leads the conference.
