The Gulf South Conference Women's Track Performer of the Week is the University of West Georgia’s Ashley Davis.
Davis set two school records and scored 40 total points, helping the Wolves to a first place finish at the Columbus State Cougar Invitational. The freshman from Lawrenceville, Georgia, broke program records in the 200-meter and the 400-meter finishing with times of 25.18 and 57.99, respectively. Davis also competed in the 4x100-meter relay and the 4x400-meter relay, both of which UWG claimed first place.
