Fulford earns his second career award, first since 2008, and is VSU’s second Special Teams honoree this season. The junior averaged 44.8 yards per punt, booming 10 attempts for 448 yards led by a career-high 64-yarder. The Waycross, GA native placed two punts inside the Southern Arkansas 20-yard line, including one at the opponent’s one-yard line.
