- The junior transfer from Belhaven University tied her career-high with 34 points to lead the Tigers in a 85-79 loss to Shorter College in UWA’s only game of the week.
- The 34-point performance also ties the Delta State’s Chelsey Rhodes for the most points in a game this season by a GSC women’s basketball player.
- Wilson led UWA in three other categories, collecting seven rebounds, three blocks and three assists. She also had one steal.
- She made 15-of-29 field goals attempted to reach her third 34-point game in her college career. The previous two were at Belhaven.
- Wilson is averaging 15.8 points per game this season and 3.3 rebounds to lead UWA. She is fifth in the GSC for scoring.
