- Christian Brothers’ forward Adam Dieball (Cincinnati, Ohio) earns his second GSC Men’s Basketball Freshman of the Week honor. He also won the award Nov. 24.
- Dieball earned his first collegiate start Thursday night, Dec. 3 against Lee, scoring a career-high 16 points and dishing out a career-best six assists.
- The freshman scored five straight points to help CBU open the second half of the Lee game on a 7-0 run to give the Bucs a lead after trailing 38-33 at halftime. That led to 12 of his 16 points for the game being scored in the second half.
- In his second start at Shorter, Dieball scored 12 points in only 15 minutes of action.
- He finished the week with 14 points per game, 3.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
- He shot 68 percent (13-of-19) from the field.
- CBU (3-4) will travel to Delta State on Thursday, Dec. 10 at 7:30 p.m. CT,
