Union guard Chelsea Bodiford (Michie, Tenn.) led No. 13 Union to another 2-0 week with an average of 21.5 points per game on 65 percent shooting from the field. Bodiford started the week with 23 points, three rebounds and an assist in the Bulldogs’ season-opening win over Rust. Her seven 3-pointers in the win, helped set the tone for 24 made 3-pointers by Union in the game, a Gulf South Conference and Union single-game record. She added 20 points Saturday in a win against Fisk, including 6-of-7 shooting from 3-point range.
