Silvia Sartori (Fr.; Belgrade, Serbia) was named the Gulf South Conference Volleyball Freshman of the Week on Tuesday.
Sartori continued her stellar play on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. She turned in 48 kills on a .285 hitting percentage and had 30 digs with two blocks.
Sartori has now been named GSC Freshman of the Week a league-high three times this season (9/29, 10/27).
