University of West Georgia’s Franziska Bremm is the Gulf South Conference Women's Golf Freshman of the Month for October. She also won the honor in September.
Bremm, who started her UWG career with an 8-over-par month in September, registered a +5 performance in October. She is currently ranked No. 6 in the GolfStat rankings. The freshman from Colmberg, Germany opened the month with her first-career win for the Wolves, claiming medalist honors at Catawba College’s Patsy Rendleman Invitational, shooting 71-73. The following week, she shot 74-74 to finish second at North Georgia’s LeeAnn Nobles Memorial, five strokes behind Golfer of the Month Caroline Moore of Lee.
