University of West Georgia’s Marcel Lamade is the Gulf South Conference Men's Golf Freshman of the Month for October.
Lamade finished the month at even-par. He shot a career-low 68 at the North Georgia Fall Invitational on his way to a two-under par total and a 15th place finish. He closed the month with a two-over performance to finish in a sixth place tie at the UWG Matt Dyas Invitational.
