Florida Tech running back Antwuan Haynes records his third Freshman award of the season and he is just the second player ever to win the Offensive and Freshman laurels in the same week, following teammate Mark Cato in 2014. The Fort Lauderdale, Fla. native carried the ball 28 times for 242 yards and an 8.6 per-carry average. He also added one touchdown, tying the game at 7-7 at 8:54 in the first quarter, and more than doubled his rushing output for the season. The he set a school record for carries and yards in a game and his rushing total was the eighth-highest in GSC history.
