Florida Tech running back Antwuan Haynes is the second different FIT player to claim Special Teams laurels this season. The freshman combined for 119 total return yards on two kickoff returns and one punt return in the Panthers’ 34-7 home win over Fort Valley State. The Fort Lauderdale, Fla. native capped Florida Tech’s scoring in the fourth quarter when he became the first-ever FIT player to return a punt for a touchdown, bringing back a 76-yarder at the 6:25 mark.
