West Florida’s Micah Kemp is this week’s Gulf South Conference Men's Cross Country Freshman Runner of the Week.
Kemp is the first UWF runner to take home the award this season. The Jay, Fla. native helped his team to second place finish in the Gulf Coast Stampede, ranking 12th via an 8K time of 27:17.80.
