Alabama Huntsville outside hitter Anna LeDuc (Fr.; Bentonville, Ark.) was named the Gulf South Conference Volleyball Freshman of the Week on Tuesday.
 
LeDuc played in all of UAH's five matches last week at the Hilton Garden Inn South UAH Classic. She led the team with 53 kills and was second with 42 digs. She also recorded six blocks and sported a .264 hitting percentage.
 
The freshman turned in a double-double with 11 kills and 11 digs against Ouachita Baptist and averaged 10 or more kills in three of five matches.
