Delta State quarterback Tyler Sullivan claims the fifth honor of his career after leading DSU to a 48-7 home win over Fort Valley State on Thursday night. The junior had a direct hand in all but one of the Statesmen's six touchdowns, passing for three and running for two more scores. The Louisville, Miss. native completed 16-of-25 passes for 293 yards and he also racked up a game-high 42 yards on five rushing attempts. Sullivan connected on scoring strikes of 58, 59 and 60 yards and his 34-yard TD run at 7:17 in the first quarter was the longest by any player on the night.
