Delta State infielder Amber Adcock (Sr.; Brandon, Miss.) was named the Gulf South Conference Softball Player of the Week on Tuesday.
 
Adcock reached base 13 times last week, hitting .889 (8-for-9) and accumulating five free passes. She smacked three homers with nine RBI and six runs scored over a three-game series against West Alabama.
