Union forward DeAnna Thompson (Oxford, Miss.) put up two double-double efforts on the week. She dropped 19 with 13 boards versus North Alabama and scored 20 points with 11 boards against Christian Brothers. She currently ranks in the Top 10 in all of NCAA Division II with a GSC-leading 12 double-doubles on the season.
 
Thompson has now earned GSC Player of the Week honors twice this season, having previously done it 12/2.
