NOTABLE
- With two outs in the bottom of the third, Hayley Cruthers hit a pop fly to left field, and miscommunication led to the ball dropping. The runners on first and second were running and were both able to score.
- After throwing 5.0 innings in relief yesterday against North Alabama, VSU freshman Kathryn Carter gave up just one hit through four innings in the circle in this contest.
- After a two out walk to Jewell in the seventh, Emily Glover was able to double her home for the go-ahead run for UAH.
- VSU responded in the bottom of the seventh, scoring on a two out wild pitch.
- GSC Player of the Year Kaitlyn Bannister drove in the game-winning run with a single through the left side of the infield in the top of the eighth.

UP NEXT
UAH will advance to the GSC Softball Championship Game later this afternoon, facing the winner of Mississippi College and West Florida. UAH will be looking to win the ninth conference championship and first since 2008. Valdosta State will hear its NCAA Tournament fate Monday morning.
