NOTABLE
- Kathryn Carter relieved Kasie Johnson in the circle after just two innings. Carter, a Second Team All-GSC honoree as just a freshman, heled the potent Lions to three runs over five innings and allowed the Blazers a chance to swing their way back into the game.
- Freshman Haley Garrett went 2-for-2 in the game with a double and a home run. She also drew two walks. Garrett scored three runs and drove in a pair.
- First Team All-GSC selection Jessica Mohl hit her second home run of the year and her first since February 19.
- Brandy Morgan's home run was her 13th of the season and ties her for the team-high on the year.
