KEY MOMENT
On two different occasions, West Alabama tied the game. After four scoreless innings, West Alabama scored on a fielder's choice which knotted the game at one with only one out. West Georgia pitcher AJ Sunstrom walked in the tying run in the eighth allowing UWA to again tie it up, this time 2-2.
QUOTABLE
"What you had today was a good old fashioned pitching duel," UWA Head Coach Gary Rundles said. "(Brandon) Goldsmith was terrific and so was Gandy (Stubblefield). When you look at the stat lines, both starters deserved better."
NOTABLE
For the second-consecutive day, West Alabama won the game in the ninth inning in dramatic fashion. A throwing error on a Parker Madden bunt allowed Adam Chamblee to score from first.

West Alabama advances to the 2015 GSC Baseball Tournament Final at NOON (CT) with an 'if necessary' game slated to start 30 minutes later. UWA awaits the winner of tonight's game between West Georgia and Alabama Huntsville or Delta State.
