Freshman of the Week
West Florida infielder Kaylen Rowell (Fr.; Pensacola, Fla.) was named the Gulf South Conference Softball Freshman of the Week on Tuesday.
Rowell, the hometown product, went 4-for-8 (.500) with a homerun, two doubles and five RBI last week.

Pitcher of the Week
Union pitcher Kelly Robey (Sr.; New Madrid, Mo.) was named the Gulf South Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week on Tuesday.
Robey went 2-2 over five appearances, including four complete games, last week. She allowed seven runs on 15 hits and amassed 29 strikeouts over 28.2 innings of work.
Robey has now earned GSC Pitcher of the Week honors twice this season, having previously achieved it 3/03/15.

Player of the Week
Alabama Huntsville infielder Michal Robertson (Sr.; Northport, Ala.) was named the Gulf South Conference Softball Player of the Week on Tuesday.
Over five contests last week, Robertson hit .786 (11-for-14) and totaled three homeruns, two doubles and eight RBI. Two of her homeruns came in the series finale against Delta State in which she finished 3-3 with four RBI.
