Four GSC Volleyball Teams Ranked in First NCAA South Region Poll

Indianapolis, Ind. - Shorter, Valdosta State, West Florida and North Alabama were all ranked in the first National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) South Region Poll of the season on Wednesday.
The Gulf South Conference accounted for four spots in the first NCAA South Region Poll of the 2014 season, three of which have clinched GSC Tournament berths.
Heading into this weekend, No. 4 Shorter, No. 7 West Florida and No. 8 North Alabama are all in, while No. 6 Valdosta State is on the brink of clinching.
